The goal of developing rules and guidelines is to maintain our cemeteries ambiance and character into the future.

Any conflict that is not covered by these rules will be referred to the Bethlehem Cemetery Board of Directors for resolution.

1.  All internments and burials must be performed by Marshall & Marshall Funeral Home; No Exceptions.

2. It is not permitted to scatter Cremation Remains at any time. Permission will not be will not be reviewed or granted.

3.  Any vandalism  or destructive behavior within the cemetery ground and to any property on these grounds will be reported to the Sheriffs' Department and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

4.  We do not require lots to be curbed; however, if you do wish to curb your lot please follow the guidelines as follows:

---  They must be of cement construction and not to exceed 3" in height, and there must be a 48" opening at walkway which would be located on the East or West side of the lot.

5.  No artificial coloring may be used on curbing.

6   No gravel or mulch on graves.  Please keep memorials small and no glass!  This makes it harder with mowing & weeding.
